CLASSROOM STRESS
Classroom Stress can be caused by:
1. Work being too hard.
2.Too much noise in the classroom.
3. Fighting and arguing about who does what.
  • LISTEN & WATCH OTHERS - so you know what to do.
  • RELAX - count to ten.
  • TAKE A DEEP BREATH - continue working.
  • STOP AND STRETCH - your neck, back and leg muscles.
  • IGNORE - anyone disruptive.
  • IF THERE'S A WORK PROBLEM - ask for Help!!
  • START A DIARY - so you know what's on AND when.
