TEASING.
Teasing is a non-contact form of verbal bullying
which makes fun of people.
It can be unkind, annoying or irritating and usually hurts people's feelings.
  • STAY WITH YOUR GROUP OF FRIENDS - for support.
  • IGNORE SMART COMMENTS - stay calm, respond lightly.
  • WALK AWAY - slowly and calmly.
  • AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS - in a funny way.
  • MAKE A JOKE OF IT - say an even sillier comment about yourself.
  • KEEP CONFIDENT - teasers don't like confidence.
  • DON'T KEEP IT GOING - by teasing back.
