Locate local help
You will need to locate someone who can help you with setting up your computer. From experience and talking to other teachers this can be so frustrating and create many problems that it can handicap or distract from actually doing the book rap with your class.
Do you need to have some training in using the Internet or emailing? If so use your local help to give you some quick lessons. You can do a variety of Internet workshops on the Internet. These include learning about email and using a web browser.
Think of when and where you are going to particpate in the course. As it is an online course you can make these decisions and do it from the comfort of home.
Remember that part of the course is to participate in a book rap with your class. The course will help you with this. Think of your school's Internet connection. There are ways around limited connections as you will learn about
Setting Up Your Computer
