Cammeray
Public School P&C Meeting
20 August 2003
If you
couldn’t make it to the P&C meeting on 20 August, here is a summary of the
matters that are to be actioned from that meeting. The minutes are available on
the notice board (as usual).
1
We are still trying to
arrange permanent signage for the kiss & drop zone and the turning circle
with Council. Safety is an ongoing concern for the school and the P&C.
2
Our plans to
rejuvenate and maintain Frog Hollow are progressing well. We will shortly be
asking for volunteers for a working bee to start this important work. This is
an important environmental asset that is of interest to all of us.
3
The work on the
uniform shop is now complete and the new area is a great improvement to all.
4
The spellathon was a
fantastic success and the P&C has resolved to use that money and some of
the funds from the spectacular inaugural Cammeray cocktail party to resurface
the K2 play area with coloured rubberised matting!
5
Don’t forget the
spring fair is going to be held on 14 September! Our plans are well underway to
make this a wonderful day and a huge success. See you there!
6
The next P&C
meeting will be held during the day after school drop off to give those
people who have difficulty attending at night a chance to come along. We hope
you can make it.
The next meeting, on the 17th
September, has been cancelled.
