Hospitality is the most rapidly growing Australian industry. Increasingly, jobs in the industry require people to have high levels of skills. This course aims to develop these skills, such as:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Occupational Safety & Security
- Hygiene
- Hospitality Law
- Customer Relations
Also more specialist skills in Food Production, such as:
- Planning Healthy:
- Cooking With:
- Principles of Cooking:
- Boiling
- Poaching
- Braising
- Stewing
- Steaming
- Frying
- Baking
- Roasting
- Grilling
- Using a Microwave
- This course will assist you in the preparation for future Career pathways and the development of competence and confidence in work and everyday life.
- This course will enable you to gain entry level requirements for occupations in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
- NSW Board of Studies will issue each student a Certificate of Competency containing a list of modules successfully attained.

- 40 hours Work placement
