We aim to develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strategies which have enhanced our students' skills are:

€ public speaking and debating competitions

€ an annual Writing Exhibition

€ 'Writer in Residence' program

€ The school community newspaper, The Corrimal Chronicle which has won several awards in the Society of Business Communicators' Competition.

€ use of computers to desktop publish work and access the internet
