Bakery

We interviewed the Elanora Bakery and this is what we learnt:-

To be a baker she had to train at TAFE for 4 years and work as an apprentice during the 4 years.

The bakers have to be there from 2:30am to 10:30am and the shop hours are from 7am to 6pm.

The bakery has 12 staff. They get around 2000 customers within a week.

The equipment they use are ovens, mixers, pastry rollers, fridges, scales, pie ovens, moulders etc.

The jobs the bakers have to do are baking, pastry cooking and shop assisting.

When they are working they enjoy dealing with the public the most.Their specialty is having good quality food.

They have had no unusual incidents whilst at work.
