N'Djamena is the capital and largest city in Chad.

The languages that are spoken are Arabic and French and local languages.

The estimated 1991 population was 5,822,000;
density 5 person per km.

The religion is traditional African religion and Muslim.

Its currency is the CFA franc.

We found a picture of a goat herd.

Most people in Chad are farmers.

Chad's main products are agriculture-

cattle, cotton, millet, peanuts, rice, sorghum.

Manufacturing products are beer ,cigarettes and textiles.

We learnt how to speak some French from Compton's Atlas.
