The Gazelle

The gazelle is a slender antelope. It looks like a deer.

It lives in the dry country.

It eats plants, leaves and berries. It lives in Africa.

The Gazelle's horns usually grow 25 to 40cm.

The Thomsons gazelle has a light fawn coloured black and white underside separated by dark bands along its flanks.

The dorcas or ariel gazelle is less than 60 centimetres tall.

It lives in the deserts from Morocco to India.
