Blue Mountains National Park

Bridal Falls

The National Park was formed as a plateau from the sandy sediment of a large river system about 20,000 million years ago.

The Park's rivers and creeks have eroded the landscape to form the enormous valleys present in the park today.

The park contains hundreds of wildflowers which burst forth with a magnificent display of colour in late winter and spring.
