Civic Video Shop

We went and interviewed the Civic Video shop keeper and we found that the person that was there at the time worked 32 hours a week. The people at the shop have shifts so it can stay open many hours of the day. They employ 7 people and they all have their share in working the business. These people are permanent staff.

The person we interviewed did not need to go to University to get this job. We also asked them were they got their supplies and they answered,

"We get our supplies (videos, confectionery, drinks and ice-cream ) from various suppliers."

They thought that their job was fun because they got to meet lots of different people. The person we interviewed was not the boss of the shop but she managed the shop from Tuesday to Friday. They need three computers to work the store properly.

The last question we asked them was how they got their videos so quickly and where they got them and they answered,

"As soon as videos are released to the distributors, we receive our ordered stock from the distributors."
