MILK

What we already knew about milk: Milk comes from cows. Milk makes food like cheese, chocolates and ice cream and drinks like milk and chocolate Quik.

What we learned about milk:

• Milk does not get out of a cow by itself. First cows have to eat grass and they need lots of it. Farmers get milk from the cow with milking machines.

• How does it get to our table? Of course mum or dad gets it from the shop or a man has milk cartons in a delivery truck and brings them to your house.
