  Cockroach

Cockroaches live in leaf litter, bromeliads, the splash zone of waterfalls and bat caves.

They eat many different foods including scraps and other cockroaches.

Their characteristics are that they can vary from light to dark wood-brown, they have flat oval backs and can grow from 1mm to 6cm. They can be winged or wingless.

Cockroaches' enemies are humans because they have invented spray and cockroach bait.
