Robert (Bob) James Lee Hawke

Bob Hawke was born in 1929 in the city of Bordertown, S.A.

After High school at Perth Modern School. He graduated at Oxford University as a lawyer.

Before he was Prime Minister he was President of the A.T.C.U.

On the 11th of March 1983 he went into office as Prime Minister for the Labor party. He introduced the Medicare scheme for the benefit of Australian health care.

On the 19th of December 1991 Paul Keating beat him in an election.

At present he is still alive.
