Bottle nose dolphin

Dolphins have grey slippery skin and flippers to help it swim.They also have sharp teeth to kill their prey. It has a blow hole to help it breathe. They have pegged teeth and have a pectoral fin.

The dolphin can grow up to 3.7 meters long and weigh up to 18 kilograms. The dolphin is a great jumper.

They swim near the surface to breathe and can jump out of water.

It lives in the deep sea and coral reef. It eats fish, lobster, shellfish and squid. Its enemies are people and sometimes killer whales attack baby dolphins.
