THE CATFISH

There are many types of Catfish. Catfish have feelers on its jaws that look like cats whiskers. They have sharp spines on the fin and some are covered with bony plates.

The largest catfish weighs 290 kilograms and is 4 metres long.

Catfish live in shallow salt or fresh water near the bottom. 

to see the report our friends from Florida sent us about Lake Okeechobee. The farmers fence off areas of the lake for raising catfish to send to the market.
