| Azolla filiculoides is variable in shape due to irregular branching and has thin, broad, much overlapping leaves. Each leaf can be very small and, bunched together, they look like carpet.HABITAT : It likes to live on the surfaces of slow-moving or stagnant water.DISTRIBUTION : It occurs all over Australia. |
