DISTRIBUTION:

The Eastern Whipbird habitats are Eastern Australia from near Rock Hampton in Queensland, to Melbourne in Victoria.

INTERESTING FACTS:

The sound that the Eastern Whiptail makes sounds like coooooooi'-twit-twit. It sounds like a long whistle followed by a loud crack - like someone cracking a whip and that is how it gets its name.

Their breeeding occurs from July to January.
