Welcome back on deck Rainbow Rappers. We need
you to dive deep into the depths of your thinking and emotions to tackle the
next problem.
Have you ever experienced a time when you haven't got
along with your friends?
How did it make you feel and how did you resolve your friendship problems?
The Rainbow Fish thought that because he was beautiful everyone would like him.
He solved his problem of loneliness by listening to the wise Octopus and sharing
his scales.
What if the Octopus gave different advice?
Rather than giving away his scales to make friends, what
good advice could Octopus have given Rainbow Fish?
Rewrite the ending of the story. Start with,
"I have been waiting for you," said the Octopus
with a deep voice. "The waves have told me your story. This is my
advice..."
