Compiling a Bibliography

A bibliography is a list of books, magazines and other resources which have been read by the student and relate to the assignment. A bibliography is listed alphabetically by the author’s last name.

Follow  these examples closely. Use the same order, punctuation and italicization.
BOOKS Smith, Ron 1998, Introducing the Australian economy, Nelson, Melbourne 
ARTICLE IN ENCYCLOPAEDIA 'Volcanoes'  1997, World Book Encyclopaedia, vol 22, World Book, Chicago, pp.464-468.
NEWSPAPER ARTICLE Middleton, K.  2001,  'Federation in Adelaide', The Advertiser, March 8, p.7.
MAGAZINE ARTICLE Baxter, J. 1999, 'Fauna on the Overland Track ', Geo, Vol. 22, no 4, p.2.
VIDEO Accounting; cash flow and profit [Videocassette] 1998, Video Classroom, Richmond, Vic.
CD-ROM 'Melba, Nellie' 1999, Microsoft Encarta [CD-ROM], Microsoft Corp, Redmond, WA.
WORLD WIDE WEB Keith, K. 1998,  'What is the internet?'  University of South Australia [Online],
