Dear Parents / Caregivers,
This is a very busy and exciting time of year. Staff are preparing your child’s end of year report which comes home on Tuesday December 7, 1999. There is no interview night, but if you want to discuss the report with the teacher, please make a time. One of the most exciting things this year has been our regular parent club meetings. These take place on Wednesday at 2 o’clock in the Library. Mrs Eastcott and Ms Mastrangelo, have talked about how they use work samples to teach literacy and numeracy. Mr Dann has presented some sessions on numeracy and next week we’ll be looking at behaviour management. Please come along. It’s a great opportunity to meet other parents, share ideas, talk, eat and learn about the school. We have translators to help, if needed, in Chinese, Arabic and Vietnamese.
