| At Mooloolah State
Preschool we aim to provide a rich environment which will foster and develop in
the children self-confidence, independence, working relationships with others, group
participation, skills with hands and body, positive attitudes towards thinking and
learning and an understanding of the world- and, thus ...plant the seeds of the future. |

Opened in 1894 The original Mooloolah State School is still used by special groups of students. In 1985 the new Mooloolah State School opened on its current site. |

Our tranquil rural valley provides a
magnificent surround for learning. We have a small and friendly school with just over 300 students, aged 5 to 13. We know our students as individuals. We aim to provide rich curriculum experiences that engage the students as active, innovative learners. |

| Through the rainforest development, our students have learned about caring for the environment. Mooloolah is a better place because of their efforts. We hope they will carry these lessons with them as they continue their learning when they leave Mooloolah State School. |
