It was also to purchase IT equipment and to create and maintain a youth webspace, relevant to the specific needs and interests of young people from the Mosman area.

After close consultation with the youth at Mosman Youth Development Centre It was decided that, along with a celebration of the Centenary of Federation, the Web Space should provide information on local youth oriented issues and current affairs, drug, alcohol and sexuality links, a place for young people to display their art, as well as opportunities for young people to interact and exchange ideas, with links to their favourite chat and bulletin board sites.
