This school was established on the site of the old Mudgeeraba State Primary School, in 1981. It is situated in a semirural environment, on the Gold Coast, in the heart of the Mudgeeraba Village. The school is fortunate to enjoy a location that has close proximity to the local business and recreational community, thus facilitating its 'Community Based programs.'
