'Hazel Green' - a review by Sophie

Hazel Green by Odo Hirsch

Hazel Green shows in this book that it doesn’t matter how much people hate you, life still goes on. Hazel lives in a building, named the Moggle building. She wanted to help the children march in there annual Froggy Day march but something goes wrong.

People think she lies and cheats, so her life ends up in a mess. However one boy can change that and he does and proves that it was not her at all, it was someone they all trusted.

This book is excellent for upper primary students to see life is always better if you don’t lie.
