Individual copyright remains with the students and teachers who have supplied the resources for the CD ROM, a shared resource between contributing schools. The use of the individual resources for educational purposes should acknowledge the source CD ROM and should not be used for profit. Individual students have signed release forms, indicating their agreement to the use of materials on the CD ROM under specific conditions. There are no royalties due for the use of materials. See the conditions under which the materials have been released.

Some of the student work may contain images and sounds/music attained from other sources. These have been acknowledged in most cases and are a vital part of the work of the students and teachers on show here. Some items may have been 'trimmed' to small samples only to avoid copyright conflict with distributing the materials on this CD. Every effort has been made to conform to copyright conditions on the understanding that this CD ROM is for a limited audience with the intention of use only for educational purposes by teachers. The use of source materials by students, whether from the Internet or CD is highly valuable and appreciation is acknowledged for the use of the items which make up part of the great display of work here by students and teachers.

This CD ROM is produced for the contributing schools as a limited production run as a trial to see what can be achieved. Copyright of the CD ROM production and format remains with Sel Kerans and Education Queensland. The CD ROM may be duplicated at the discretion of Education Advisers and contributing schools to support their efforts, but should not otherwise be duplicated without permission. Otherwise, individual files may be used for educational purposes provided the source is acknowledged. 

Usage Guidelines

Use of the CD ROM should be under the copyright conditions stated. In a contributing school, the CD ROM or parts of its contents may be run on as many stand-alone computers as desired or shared on a school network.
