| Resources
The resources on this CD ROM are intended as ideas/samples only, and not necessarily set as prescriptive for particular year levels or the best possible examples of what can be achieved. The schools have given generously of their time in bringing these together and without their support, great sharing like this (which there isn't enough of) wouldn't be possible. Note also that the work isn't in all instances solely the work of students - there may for instance be work on the part of teachers to package the work samples of students in slide shows or web pages. Some of these resources are in particular formats which may not be compatible to all computers, depending on factors such as the type of platform and software - for instance, HyperStudio files will not be able to be viewed unless the software is installed on the host computer from which the CD ROM is being viewed. Note there may be also software version conflicts which prevent the viewing of certain files. With the speed with which this CD ROM was produced, time to tailor the files to suit all possibilities was not possible. Computer Virus Precautions This CD ROM has been thoroughly checked for viruses with the latest versions of two leading virus checking software applications. All precautions have been taken in production, and no responsibility will be taken. People using the CD ROM will also need to take the usual precautions in distributing files taken from this CD ROM between computers in schools. It is the individual responsibility of users to prevent these files from becoming corrupted once they have left the CD ROM. Queries regarding the use of materials should be directed to: Sel Kerans
