We need to sort out a few elements wrt to whiteboards. 1. Keeping the whiteboard on while new users log on. 2. Loading in a pre-written whiteboard - for example the chair might have written an agenda 3. Using pages 2 and 3 and 4 etc for comments is a good idea. I wonder though if the software is a bit of a pain for this. If one person moves pages, everyone moves pages, so we would have to decide who would be incharge of the whiteboard.
