I always have the same error message when I use Netmeeting 2.1, telling me Conf caused failure in the Kernel32.dll I have then to reboot my computer to make it work again until next crash. If I just close the program and run it again, my video cam has disappear. I have a cyrix 166+, Win98, 32 Mo Ram. This bug also appear with Netscape 4.5. I have problem just when I'm under TCP/IP..I'm a bit fed up with it, I can't have a normal session or have a long talk, I have always this crash Conf/kernel.dll.
