The Parents and Friends Association (P&F) meets
once per term and is a vital part of the school. It
works in partnership with the Principal and staff for
the good of OLGC Catholic Community.
The P&F executive for 2008:
President – Sue Martin
Vice-President – Melinda King
Secretary – Janine Ward
Treasurer – Penny Scaiff
The Annual General Meeting meeting of the association is held in term four each year. Committees are formed to assist the executive in carrying out the association’s mandate to:
• Support the implementation of the School Strategic Plan and annual goals.
• Help to sustain and further develop a sense of committed Catholic community amongst the parents of OLGC Catholic School.
• Organise fundraising and social events.
• Support the Principal in his leadership of the school community.
• Implement the principles of the Parents and Friends Association Constitution adopted December 2007.
