I provide support to junior primary teachers and to Mrs Collins, our Technology Focus Coordinator. We work in class groups in the lab and I work with smaller groups in the classroom along with providing PD to staff on a needs basis. 

I assist where I can with many maintenance of computers in the school.

The highlights of my position have been watching everyone develop confidence using the computers and seeing some of the great work that has been produced by students and staff. Especially rewarding was to see a group of students in 1998 win the Australian Schools Web Page Competition. The students, under the supervision of Mrs Collins, spent a lot of time outside school hours on the competition and it paid off when they won and received sponsorship to travel to Sydney to be presented with their prize.
