I believe that the Adelaide beaches are the
best beaches in the world. In the summer you will get lots of customers
because of the lovely beaches and perfect weather. You will find all of
these things at the beautiful Barney's Bay. There are lots of great things
to do, here are some of them:
-
Surfing/body-boarding (the waves are good)
-
Regular sand castle competition
-
Great blading and walking trails
-
Great ocean views
-

A problem that you need to consider is erosion.
Having a shop on the edge of the shorefront is definitely a very dangerous
place. You have to make sure you have very solid foundations underneath
your shop because if you don't you could be looking at a pile of rubble
in a couple of years. Also longshore drift could cause you to lose a large
quantity of your sand. To solve the problem of erosion make sure you have
solid foundations on your shop. To counter longshore drift you may consider
building a breakwater parallel to the shop, this way there will be lots
of sand on your beaches. Before moving in I advice you to take all of these
issues into consideration.
