I believe that you should establish
a cafe on the Torrens Lake in central Adelaide as opposed to an almond
farm by the Murray River or a restaurant on the beach front of metropolitan
Adelaide. I think this is because in Adelaide you would receive far more
customers than down by the beach or by the Murray. I also think this is
because Adelaide is a relatively small town, and no matter where you are
you are always close to where you want to be and you don't spend half of
your life in or on a car, bus or bike. It has a great climate, much better
than up at the Murray where it is always too hot or down at the beach where
it is always to cold, hot or windy. It is convenient for many people, such as University students and people who work near there. It has many great
features such as the Festival Theatre, shops, recreation areas and many
fairs at Wayville Showgrounds.

However, you must make sure
that your cafe is environmentally friendly. Some suggestions are to have
biodegradable straws, sweeping with a broom as opposed to hosing down (this
prevents chemicals and other harmful substances being discharged into the
stormwater system). Another suggestion is: make sure that in work areas
(where chemical or harmful substances may be spilt) the drains etc. lead
to a separate water system so that theses substances do not end up in the
Torrens. Most pollution can be prevented by regular basic house- keeping.
Ensure that ,if possible, all work takes place indoors, to prevent any
pollution escaping into any places which lead to waterways.
