PERSPECTIVE
What groups are dealing with this issue locally
We are lucky that in Adelaide there are plenty of groups and communities that are trying to save and look after our water ways some are....
KESAB-
Kesab are one of Adelaide's main environmental businesses. One of their main aims is to try and educate Adelaide about the environment and how to keep it healthy. They also take part in programs, that will teach kids about things like stormwater, illegal dumping, macro-inverterbrates and pollution. The name KESAB stands for Keep South Australia Beautiful
WATERCARE-
WaterCare is all about looking after the quality of our waterways. Watercare provides resources for teachers and students. The focus very much on frogs and what will happen to them if we keep on rejecting our waterways. The Watercare people say  It's up to us to protect our water, not just for frogs, but for ourselves.
SA WATERWATCH-
More than 30,000 people in SA are involved with Waterwatch’s national network monitoring, learning about, understanding and improving the health of our waterways and catchments. Waterwatch is a great way to get involved and help save our waterways! Waterwatch is a national community water monitoring program. It aims to increase knowledge and encourage community education, awareness and involvement in catchment care.
