River Torrens Catchment

I believe that you should establish a cafe on the Torrens Lake in central Adelaide as opposed to and Almond Farm near the River Murray or a restaurant on the beach front of metropolitan Adelaide (Henley). A cafe in central Adelaide  would be very appealing to the public as it is a nice,     sunny and beautiful area. The Torrens Lake is right next to the University of Adelaide, The Festival Theatre, shops and Recreation areas. Being right near all of these things will give you big business. Also, remember would you rather sit on the muddy banks of the Murray, or sit on the nice green banks of the Torrens Lake in Adelaide and enjoy a nice lunch while you view the aesthetic waterfront.
However if this cafe goes ahead, it should be 100 % environmentally friendly. Some things that businesses can do to look after our environment but still keep your cafe appealing and popular are things like making sure that your staff are educated on their environmental responsibilities and what they should do if an accident or spill occurs. Also when cleaning it is better to sweep rubbish opposed to hosing as rubbish and runoff can be discharged into the stormwater drain or Lake.  You should have regular cleaning practices such as sweeping and keeping the cafe tidy. A lot of pollution can be minimised by good cleaning.
