Draw document
Images in Draw documents are treated as
objects which can be moved. Changes can be made to the
images size and shape, but not the actual contents of the
images.
- Open a Draw document.
- Open the Scrapbook and click on the
arrows to find a suitable image.
- Select Copy from the Edit menu (or
COMMAND C). Close the Scrapbook.
- Select Paste from the Edit menu (or
COMMAND V).
- The image has handles (little black
dots) on each corner.
- Clicking on a handle and dragging
will resize the image.
- The Arrange menu has other options to
change the shape and size of the image.eg Reshape, Rotate
etc

Paint document
Images in Paint documents are a series of
little dots (pixels) which can be coloured to make an image.
The colour of the pixels can be changed.
- Open a Paint document and select
Paste from the Edit menu. The image copied for the Draw
document will still be stored in the
clipboard.
- Select the Fill tool and colours from
the Fill colour palette and change the colours in the
image.

Other options can be found in the
Transform menu. Use the Lasso tool to select the image and
experiment with the Transform options eg Shear, Distort,
etc
