- Use the tutorial in the
HOW
TO... section to add
information to the database.
- After creating a new column layout,
select Layout from the Layout menu.
- The field names in the Header section
can be selected (by clicking on them) then moved and
resized. The font can be changed (from the font, size and
style menus).
- The fields in the Body section can
also be moved and resized. The alignment can be changed
(from the Format menu) as well as the font, size and
style.
- The tools on the left hand side can
be used to add features eg draw a blue rectangle to cover
the Header and Body sections, then select Move to the
Back from the Arrange menu.
- Select Browse from the Layout menu
and check for any alterations needed. Select Layout from
the Layout menu, make alterations and return to Browse to
view the final product.

- Create new layouts (select New Layout
from the Layout menu) such as the standard layout
below.
- Field names can be deleted (as for
the picture field below), moved, resized and
formatted.
- Fields can also be changed to create
an appealing presentation.
- Databases can be viewed as a Slide
Show. Select Browse from the Layout menu then select
Slide Show from the View or Window menu.
