Spring Fair 2003
The Dalby Spring Fair was held on Sunday, August 17th under beautiful skies.
The Spring Fair, celebrating its 25th year, is a major fundraiser for Dalby's two Catholic schools, St Columba's and St Mary's.
This year the Spring Fair was opened by Mr Dave Kirwan, a previous principal of St Columba's, who oversaw the first Fair, many years ago.
Among the highlights every year are the class presentations by St Columba's students. This year, classes were asked to look back over the past 50 years to find inspiration for their presentations.
One of the major sponsors of the Spring Fair in 2003 is Caloundra Tourism. The schools are grateful for the wonderful holidays packages organised by them and used in the huge multi-draw art union raffle.
