25g oil 700g bratwurst sausage 500g cooking apples 50g butter 50g sugar 50g raisins sauerkruat for serving
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the sausages untill golden brown and cooked all the way through. Peel core and slice the apples. Melt butter in a saucepan and add the apples and cover saucpan. Cook very gently shaking the saucpan occasionally until the apples are tender. Stir in the sugar and raisins. Heat the saucerfruat. Arrange apples on a serving plate and place the sausages on top. Serve as soon as possible with saucerkraut as a side dish.
