4 tbsp chicken stock or water50g crab meat or raw prawns peeled, shelled and finely chopped 1 x 298g can of cream style corn, drained 120ml single cream salt and pepper to taste
Place the stock in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir in crab meat or prawns. Add the corn, salt, pepper and allow mixture to come to the boil, stirring frequently. As soon as it boils, remove from heat, stir in cream and serve.
